Thank you to the San Diego Parrot Head Club who awarded Kary’s Helping Hand a $2,000.00 contribution as Charity #4 for 2025.
Kary’s Helping Hand was recognized by County of Supervisor Joel Anderson for outstanding volunteerism and dedication to provide countless hours serving members of out community.
A special, Thank You!, to Amazon’s Donation Hub. Kary’s Helping Hand received 4,000 pairs of new black socks, hoodies, sweatpants and tank tops in the Summer of 2022 which were distributed to homeless individuals living on the streets of San Diego City and County.
Thank you to Smart and Final’s Charitable Foundation for their donation of $300.00 in 2022, $200.00 in 2024 and $500.00 in 2025. These funds will be used to purchase supplies to make warm meals and sack lunches which we distribute throughout San Diego City and County. At events like “Power of a Shower” (1st & 3rd Saturday of every month) and quarterly pop-up Community Outreach clothing distribution and meal. This support helps us feed vulnerable individuals in need.
